While performing individual tasks, Susan was self-motivated to complete tasks with minimal supervision and to complete her assignments in a timely manner. In group activities, Susan worked well with other group members, she has good communication skills and a very friendly personality that enabled her to participate in group discussions and was open to other students’ opinion/answers.
