    The rebel flag

    Is the confederate flag racist? Most people think it is. Other think its not and I am one of
    them. Most think it has to do with the KKK. Thats why I am talking about it to clear the rebel
    flag`s name.

    The rebel flag is what some KKK member use but there not using it as what there
    supposed to be used as. It represents the southern states not slavery. As a matter of fact the KKK
    used the American flag as there KKK symbol. The KKK marched with the American flag with
    there marches. The flag represents more then the history of the south it represents the heritage.

    Even some African Americans fly it because of the ancestors. People stand up for. They
    even stand up to the president. On July 15 2015 Obama was met by a group of several dozen
    people defiantly waving confederate flags. There are many more supporters.

    Here is another fact about the flag is that the flag was not hung on the slave plantation the flag was only used
    in battle. The battle flag is what they carried in battle. As new states joined the Confederacy new stars were
    added to represent them on the flag, until the final total of 13 states had joined. Today you can still see the
    flag flying high. The world needs more people to fly it. To those 70 million of us whose ancestors fought for

    the South, it is a symbol of family members who fought for what they thought was right in their time, and
    whose valor became legendary in military history.

    Is the rebel flag racist? Thats for you to decide. I hope the report will change your mind
    Its not racist to me. Its just southern heritage. Life would be great if we all get along. Thank you
    for reading my report.
