Dear Sir/Madam,
At the outset we express our gratitude to your esteem organization and to you in particular, if you
could kindly accommodate the following students for summer training this year 2016.
As a part of the curriculum students have to undertake project work in industry on areas related
to their specialization. The students would be available for a period of 6 to 8 weeks starting from
June 2016 onwards, immediately after their university exams. During this period they are
required to be associated with industry to have some exposure to the related field. We are
recommending following student to be accommodated for summer training.

This is no legal obligation on the part of the company to pay any stipend to the students. During
the training the student is bound to follow rules/regulation of the company.
