Team Working

Project Management
Before Haunted Development separated from The Bone Room, project tasks and responsibilities
were split evenly between both members of the project. This was to help keep the workload
manageable between group members and ensured that both members were contributing equally to
the project. This left each member responsible for completing five stages of the proposed eleven.
When team members separated on Week 6 of Trimester 2, this helped allow for individual work to
recommence quickly as group tasks were already split evenly which meant it was easy to focus on
what was feasible to complete.
Communication
Communication between both members of The Bone Room was maintained primarily using social
media and phone networks such as Facebook and WhatsApp. It was up to team members to contact
each other if any major changes were being made to the project or if they were unable to make it for
a team meeting.
