Configuration of FE ports on NEC NEO/c links

NEC NEO/c IDUs come with inbuilt FE card.
01. Log On to the IDU with PNMTj and switch on Maintenance Mode.
02. Click Configuration Maintenance and then following window will appear.

03. Click Maintenance Button in Maintenance window and then following window will appear.

04. Select on radio button and click Execute button to implement the command.
05. Click Close button when finished.
06. Open the Equipment Configuration Monitor.
07. Select Configuration Equipment Setup and then following window will appear.

08. Click Setup button in Equipment Setup window and then following window will appear.

09. Click Configure button to open the Equipment Setup Wizard.

10. Click on User Interface Combo Box and select PDH E1 with LAN from drop down list.

11. Then Click Next button and following window will appear.

12. Do not change anything in this window and Click Next button. Then following window will appear.

13. Click on LAN Port Usage combo box and select P1-2 Separated(Main) from drop down list. Then Click
on Capacity combo box in Radio Mapping panel and select 10[Mbps] from drop down list.
14. Click Next button and then following window will appear.

15. Click Finish button to close this wizard and click the Execute button in the Equipment Setup window to
save the modified settings.

16. Click Close button when finished.

17. Click Configuration Provisioning. Then provisioning window will appear.

18. Click LAN Port1 Usage button and then following window will appear.

19. Setup Port1 and Port2 with following settings.

20. Click Execute button to save modified settings.

21. Click Close button when finished.
