to your organization for any nursing position.
Ky Ha is currently working as a nursing assistant under student nurse technician (SNT)
intermittent program in Southern Arizona Veterans Health Care System (SAVAHCS). He
demonstrates great understanding of National Patient Safety Goals and renders care consistent
with the needs of our veterans. Mr. Ha has nursing assistant skills and is competent in the use
of equipment needed to provide patient care and monitoring. He also communicates effectively
with staff, patients and families. As staffing coordinator, Ive known Mr. Ha being a
compassionate, very positive person, eager to learn, works well under stress and with excellent
work ethics. In addition, Mr. Ha has been well known and appreciated for his volunteer service
as transport runner in SAVAHCS prior to working as nursing assistant for float pool under my
supervision. His dedication and loyalty in providing help to our veterans is phenomenal.
