Letter of motivation (also including activities outside studies related to study field)
3. Apliecintas diplomu kopijas, t.sk. diplomu pielikumi vai ldzvrtgi dokumenti vai
sekmju izraksts (iesniedz, ja studijas nav pabeigtas)
Certifified photocopies of diplomas, incl. diploma supplements or equivalent
documents or a transcript of records ( if studies are not finished yet)
4. Divas iepriekj studiju posma akadmisk personla rekomendcijas vstules, kas
dattas ne agrk k seus mneus pirms iesnieguma iesnieganas
Two letters of recommendation of the academic staff dated not earlier than six months
prior to the date of submission of the application
5. Attiecgs Latvijas augstks izgltbas institcijas vstule, kas apstiprina iespju
studt izvltaj studiju programm un to, ka attiecgo studiju programmu steno
valsts valod vai cit Eiropas Savienbas oficilaj valod

A letter of the relevant Latvian HEI confirming the possibility to study in the chosen
study programme and the language of studies (Latvian or other EU official language)
6. Studiju plns stipendijas saemanas periodam
Study or academic work plan for planned duration of receiving a scholarship
7. Sertifikts vai cits dokuments, kas apliecina studijm nepiecieamo valodas prasmi
Certificate or other document certifying the language proficiency required for studies
8. Pases kopija
Copy of passport

Visiem dokumentiem, kas nav latvieu vai angu valod, jbt tulkotiem latvieu vai angu
valod. Visiem tulkojumiem jbt oficili apstiprintiem.
Dzvesgaitas apraksta (CV) un motivcijas vstules beigs jbt parakstam un datumam.
Nepilngi aizpildti iesniegumi vai iesniegumi, kas iesniegti pc nordt termia beigm,
netiks izskatti.
Iesniegtie dokumenti netiks atdoti atpaka.
All documents, which are not in Latvian or English shall be translated into Latvian or English.
All translations shall be officially certified.
Curriculum Vitae and a letter of motivation shall be dated and signed.
Any incomplete applications or applications handed in after the deadline will not be taken
into consideration.
The submitted documents will not be returned.
