If a club would like to do an event or go on a

trip and the funding is over $25, the budget
proposal must be sent in two weeks advance.

If the budget proposal does get approved, a

report must be written to know how the
event/trip went.

Once per semester, clubs should send/write

Club Minutes to let us know what
activity/event is taking place.
