Parent Teaching Things to do:
Cover skin exposed to sun
Check moles regularly
Use a broad spectrum sunscreen that protects
against UVA & UVB rays
Sunscreen needs to be at least SPF 30 or higher
to prevent sunburn
Teach proper application of sunscreen and when
to apply sunscreen to your children
Write BEENS on sunscreen bottle to remind you
to apply to the: back of knees, ears, around eyes, neck, & scalp
