Reese's

peanut butter

Cupcakes

Utensils
1 bowl
1 mixer
1 measuring cup

Cupcake tray
12 Liners

Ingredients for the cupcake

12 unwrapped Reeses's
miniatures
1 box Chocolate cake mix

Box ingredients:
3 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 1/4 cups water

Ingredients for the icing


1/2 cup softened butter
1 cup peanut butter
3 tbsp. milk
2 cup powdered sugar

Cupcakes

Preheat the oven to 350F.

Line cupcake pan with paper liners.

Mix cake mix, water, oil and eggs in


large bowl with mixer on medium speed
by hand for 2 minutes.

Fill liners about 1/2 full with batter.

Unwrap the Reese's. Place into
each and gently press in place.

Place the cupcakes in the oven
and cook for 15-18 minutes.

Allow cupcakes to cool COMPLETELY
before adding icing.

Icing
Cream the butter and peanut
butter together. Add in the sugar.

Slowly add in more sugar


as you mix.

If it gets too thick,


then add a little
milk to thin.

Continue until all of the


sugar is in and the
frosting blended.

Spread icing around


cupcake.
Garnish with remaining
peanut butter cups.
