Light meter reading

It is a measurement of light exposure in your

picture. It can be over exposed, under exposed or
the perfect exposure which is what you are
aiming for most if the time.

What is it?

The black dot moves up and down the scale.

Plus numbers over expose, negative numbers
under expose and zero is the perfect exposure.
You need to get it as close to zero as possible.
You can get it just right by adjusting your ISO,
aperture and shutter speed.
