Peer mentoring is a form of
mentorship that takes place
between a person who has
lived through a specific
experience and acquired
valuable knowledge
regarding that experience
and a person who is new to
that experience and seeking
to grow their own skills and
knowledge.

STEP#1
ESTABLISHING A RELATIONSHIP OF TRUST

Its imperative for the mentor and mentee to become


acquainted with one another
We break down the personality barriers when we develop
personal identities before professional
Make your relationship a shared experience

DEFINE ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Set clear expectations for both mentor and mentee
Discuss how and when meetings will take place (set a scheduled)
