It was verified that GEA have a great demand from another client, ODEBRECHT. They have several air coolers in the
manufacturing process, and it is a concern. This concern was reported to Lidia, and she said that there will not be a
delay in the delivery of the SENER project.

GEA revised the NDT procedure n# CDR-S009-PR-0001 rev. B and submitted it to SENER for approval on 11-Nov-15.
The Hydrostatic Test procedure n# CDR-S009-PR-0002 rev. B, GEA informs us that they are revising the procedure to
meet the comments issued by SENER and will submit on 16-Nov-15 for certification of the document.

SITUACIN DE LA FABRICACIN / MANUFACTURING STATUS

The cutting process has been started. GEA cut the plates for manufacturing the bundle heads. The cut plates are in
the machining process for bevel preparation.

FECHA PREVISTA Y LUGAR DE PRUEBAS / PLANNED DATE AND LOCATION FOR TESTS
The tests will occur in GEA facilities. They are able to perform the tests there.
For the hydrostatic test GEA are expecting to start the test on 29-Dec-2015.
For the drive test, they are expecting to start the test on 11-Jan-2016.
As they are at the start of the manufacturing process, it isnt possible to evaluate if the GEA schedule may be
delayed.

No inspections have occurred at this vendor.

There have been no non-conformances.

7. ENTREGAS / DELIVERIES
GEA maintain the delivery of the 3 bays and 6 bundles of Fin Fan Cooler TAG 21PGA20AN001 for 10-Feb-2016.

8. OBSERVACIONES

/ REMARKS

As mentioned above there is a concern that there is another project that has an earlier delivery date than the
SENER project. This concern was mentioned to GEA and they inform us that everything is on schedule, and their
only concern is if delays occur with their sub vendors. GEA informs us that they are monitoring the sub vendors and
they will inform us if a delay occurs with the delivery.
During the visit, it was possible to evaluate the GEAs facilities as shown in the photos below. They are able to
supply and have the equipment to manufacture the Fin Fan Cooler. It is believed that they have the organization to
comply with the schedule. The dates set out on the manufacturing plan are too tight and dont allow for delays
during the process.
