Dear Human Relations or Nurse Recruiter,
It is my privilege to give recommendation of Clara Cable, with highest regard, as a potential
employee in your organization. Thave had the pleasure of having Clara in two of her four semesters
at Azusa Pacific University School of Entry Level Masters (ELM). Clara has, from the beginning,
been a leader and mentor in her cohort, and in ones following hers. She is a disciplined, self-starter
for her own learning, sets goals and achieves them in this accelerated graduate nursing program
despite being a single mother of four.
Clara's charaeter is one with the humility of a learner and a servant, never proclaiming herself.
Clara possesses emotional stature, poise. articulation, and an ease in relating to a wide variety of
socio-economic classes. She is also bi-lingual with ease in English and Spanish language and
culture. Thus, in community health clinical she has taken the lead on calling, coordinating, and
doing case management on diabetic patients needing home visits. She also has multiple
leadership qualities: the ability to take charge and delegate, or be a team player and give
insightful needed direction to the team without usurping the leaders’ role. Consequently, she is
valued by all in the university.
Clara is a woman of her word, not a slacker: she ean utilize unplanned experiences to achieve the
patient’s or her own learning goals. She embodies the nursing process with whole person care,
documents her nursing skills and interventions, and is eager to see her team grow in care giving
abilities.
It is without reservation that I give Clara the highest recommendation possible for her future
employment as a nurse, If further information is required, please do not hesitate to call
