Network Connection Instructions Wireless network connection between AP and Personal computer, take XP system as an example 1. Inthe bottom right corner of the computer desktop, there is an icon, click on the icon, select the default wireless network you need to connect in the pop-up list: build a connection to default network and input password (No password in factory setting); 2. When it shows "connected", means the computer has been successfully connected to the network and user can enjoy the internet. 3. The WiFi connection name and password can be modified as required via background management. Ill. Internet Mode Setting:Click "Setting" to set the network when it’s switch on. Turnon the AP, click on "network settings", switch the internet mode to "3G" mode, connect the wireless network card directly to the USB port. The AP will automatically dial-up without any setup; 2. When the AP is successfully connected to the internet after dialing up, then user can surf the internet by its WiFi or wired network connection.B. Wired Bandwidth Internet Mode: 1. Turn on the AP equipment, complete the link between modem LAN and RJ4S interface on the back of the AP with network cable. 2. Open the browser, input IP address: 192.168.11.1 and enter the website via the Internet 3. Input User and Password (both default: admin), and click on “Login”, enter into webpage 4. Network Setting-Connection Mode, total 4 kinds of wired internet access solution: a. WIFI Access Mode: Boot, connect the link between modem LAN andRJ45 on the back of AP equipment. Connect the terminal device to the Internet via WiFi connection, open the browser, input IP address: 192.168.11.1 in the address bar and press the Enter key to enter the site Enter user name and password, username and password by default “admin” and click "login", and enter in a appointed webpage, in WiFi mode interface settings, click search AP, it will show wireless access points (APs) around, select user’s desired AP based on given SSID name, then input the wireless encryption and password if necessary. nega Avan 621M WO OEY 15-2 apc etIV. Set Up or Modify WIFI Password It’s better to set up WiFi password avoid unauthorized user to access to the network, as this product support all WiFi enabled devices. Here are how to set up a password: > Turnon the AP device and make sure your computer connected to the AP, open the browser and input IP “192.168.11.1”in address bar, thenenter into an appointed webpage; > Enter the user name and passwordin this pop-up webpage, both username and password are default “admin” and click "login", then enter into the next webpage; > Click on “Wireless Setting”on the right side, select “Basic Setting” in the optional drop-down list,then set desired passwordin input box on the right side of “Security Setting”, then click on “Apply” to finish the password setting successfully. (Setting the WIFI password will effectively avoidunauthorized user using private network resources or 3G traffic). Restore Factory Setting User can restore factory setting if require resetting network, due to previous incorrect setting orforget original configuration -10-parameters (such as the network name and password), and reset the parameters of AP equipment. If user choose to restore the factory settings, the password will be not encrypted the same as original factory default value. Note:All personal configuration parameters in AP equipment will be deleted after restore setting, include all private settings in management page will return back to factory default value. Operating Mode 1: Keep pressing “Reset” button at least 5 seconds, then release the button, the AP will automatically restart and restore factory settings. Operating Mode 2: Log in management webpage, click “Management- System Configuration”, then click on “Restore to Factory”, the AP will automatically restart and restore factory settings. = Ayan _+ 1-vi. Multimedia Playing and File Sharing LED Indicator Instructions: Click "Storage" under power on state, in any case, plug in the U disk or mobile hard disk, user can browse related files which means multimedia and file sharing function is automatically enabled. Multimedia Sharing > Support DLNA based hardware devices, it can automatically identify and read video, audio, picture file in wireless storage; > Support MKV, AVI, MP4, MOV, 3gp, MPEG, m4v and other dozens of video formats; > Support LPCM, AAC, AC-3, ATRAC 3plus, MP3, WMA9 and other audio formats; > Support JPEG, PNG, GIF, TIFF format images. 42-All terminal device that installed with client terminal player are support DLNA protocol, and share multimedia playing with each other. Apple IOS Platform (iPhone, lpad) Download DLNA protocol based client player software from App Store, such as AirPlayer, GoodPlayer, AirMusic, FlexPlayer, YxPlayer, etc. 2. Android Platform (Android based Smartphone and Tablet PC) Download DLNA protocol based client player software from Android store, such as SoftMedia, VPlayer, PowerDVD, etc. Vill. File Sharing The AP equipment is integrated with FTP server, user can download, upload, delete, build a new folder, etc. User can download and install FTP client software from APP storein smart phone or tablet PC and enjoy the file sharing through the AP equipment.
