The goal of the individual proposal was to analyze our recent group project

and propose changes that would have been helpful. Specifically, we were to
examine the groups communication practices, and propose changes that would
be beneficial in future groups. This seemed fine and dandy at first, until I actually
got down into it. Then I started having some issues.

Ironically, the biggest problem was how well our team worked together.
We cooperated well and didnt have any drama or misunderstandings. That made
it hard to find things to actually propose in the paper. I managed to find a few
things that needed to be improved, although they werent major issues.

Unfortunately, my conclusion was too concise; and I came in noticeably

under the minimum word count. I remedied this problem by adding Dilbertinspired buzzwords as filler in my conclusion, and praying that it sounded
professional enough to pass muster.
