My beliefs about teaching

are:

1. Students can reason about

and

understand mathematics in

a way that is

applicable to their lives

2. I dont know is unacceptable, and students should
always attempt problems and never be afraid to share
their answers, even if they think the answer is wrong
3. I believe students learn best by facilitated learning
and discussing their ideas in small groups, this gives
each student a chance to have their opinion heard
and exposes students to other ways of thinking
4. Technology integration is important and if you can
calculate something using wolframalpha then I say go
for it
