not tolerate harassment of any kind in the work place or in any situation where I could be perceived as
representing the company. This includes any verbal, nonverbal, or physical conduct that may interfere
with another employee͛s ability to effectively perform his or her duties or that creates an intimidating
offensive abusive or hostile work environment.

responsibility to ensure that I am not in a condition where my ability to carry out my responsibilities is
impaired. I take this responsibility when I am on the company property, when I am involved in company
business or in any situation where I may be perceived as representing the company.
