INSTRUCTIONS
1. You are required to reach the selection centre at least 30 mins prior to commencement of the test.
It is mandatory to bring this provisional registration slip alongwith the following documents on
testing day :a. Original Computerized NIC of self and attested photocopy of father's CNIC
b. Original Education certificates (including Detailed Marks Sheets and Sanads)
c. Equivalence Certificates along with Transcripts for A and O-Level Candidates
d. 02 Fresh Passport size photographs and white board marker
e. Appearing candidates are to bring a hope certificate from head of the institution that they will
acquire requisite marks

2. Calculators, mobile phones, laptops/bags, cameras, wrist watches and fancy ballpoint are not
allowed within the selection centre premesis.
3. Following tests will be conducted after the verification of documents:-

INTELLIGENCE

Note :- (a) For COOK, HS-II (MACHINE OPRTR / PRINTMAN), MIDWIFE, TAILOR and FIRE FIGHTER
trades, only initial interview will be conducted in lieu of Intelligence Test at respective PAF I&SC.
(b) For MT Drivers, only Computerized Driving Test in lieu of Intelligence Test would be carried out at
respective PAF I&SC.
