Review:

The final spreadsheet is suitable for the user

requirements and purpose because I have fully
explained the user requirements and what I have
included in my spreadsheet. This means if I have not
included it, I will not get full marks. Also another reason
why it is suitable is I have said who the spreadsheet is
for and what the spreadsheet will do. I have also
included how it will help the pupil that is using my
spreadsheet.
The spreadsheet will be suitable because I have
included graphs to make my point stand out more. This
will make it easier as they can see how much people
are at which stand. Also I have included an extra pie
chard so they can check the percentage.
Another reason why it is suitable is because I have said
what my spreadsheet must contain for example;
Graphs, Validation rule, etc This means I must have
included all of the following in the user requirements.
Finally, I included why I must use the user requirements
and what can be the problem if they were not included
