Phan ng tao thanh pectin hydroxamic acid roi cho tac
dung tiep vi sat III clorid, se tao thanh phc ket tua
mau o.
Thuoc th: hydroxylamin 1,4 g trong 10 ml ethanol 60%,
natri hydroyd 1,4 g trong 10 ml con ethanol 60%, acid
hydrocloric 1 the tch + 2 the tch ethanol 95%, 2,5 g sat III
trong 10 ml HCl 0,1N pha trong ethanol 60%.

Ra aceton 3-4 lan vi methanol. Cho vao mot hon hp
gom 1 ml thuoc th hydroxylamin va 1 ml natri hydroxyd,
khuay nhe 5 phut, them 1 ml HCl/ethanol va khuay 5
phut. chuyen vi phau vao 2 ml thuoc th sat III, sau 10
phut vt ra va quan sat di knh hien vi.
