Meera Ali created a professional development plan with the goal of improving her reward system for students. Her strategies included using positive feedback, a star chart where students earned stars for good behavior and work, and drawing stars on students' hands when they behaved well or participated. These strategies proved successful, as students began collaborating as a team to earn rewards, became well-behaved and engaged during lessons. Their work was displayed, and they understood what was needed to receive stars on the chart or their hands. The reward system reinforced positive behaviors and increased student effort and self-management.

1- Positive feedback and words. 2- Star chart. 3- Drawing starts on the students hands. I believe that I have achieved my goal in rewarding the students behaviours and work. First of all, using positive feedback and words is a successful strategy. The students were collaborative and they would work together as a team to behave positively and get rewarded. By the second week of my teaching practice the students were well behaved and engage in the lesson and the activities that I had through there good work I attached their work on the classroom presentation board. On the other hand, having a star chart. I would give the students stars when they participate with me and behave nicely. The students were aware of what they need to do if they want to be rewarded. In addition having a reward system for each students help in achieve the goal of reinforcing and increase their hard work and self-management. Also, using the marker to draw stars on the students hands reinforce positive behaviours whether it was on the circle time. When the students answer correctly, become involve in the lesson, and give a productive work. I would reward him/her by drawing stars. When I apply this strategy the students get an influence to behave positively and follow the teacher instructions.
