Dear Jane Unhappy:
As the operations manager of GIS Incorporated, I wish to extend my sincerest
apologies regarding the poor reception of a recent analysis that my company has
submitted to your organization.
We take all complaints very seriously, as client satisfaction is our primary concern.
Because of the high priority nature of this analysis, I will take personal responsibility
of correcting this mistake. I will create a new analysis and submit it to your
department no later than the 5th of February.
I once again want to personally apologize for this situation; high quality of work is
