‘What are the applicant's maior strenaths? Raymond (Ray) brings a number of strengths to both the
‘linical and the classroom setting. Raymond is a highly responsible, self-motivated, and self-directed
‘student, who always displays a high level of professionalism. Raymond has excellent interpersonal skal,
‘and is a strong patient advocate; Raymond goes out af his way to provide the best care possible to all
patients, and has a good eye for recognizing changes in patient condition and the need for nursing
interventions, Raymond also has good critical thinking skills, and is able to apply the nursing process
‘quickly and effectively. Finally, Raymond works well under pressure, and is able to remain calm and
focused in his work.
‘What is your overall evaluation of this student compared with others at the same level in your program?
Raymond demonstrated a high level of skill at the bedside in comparison to his peers, especially in terms
‘of his reseonsiveness and focus on patient care and optimal outcomes. Raymond would do well in a
‘ital care or emergency setting, which fs his first interest, and I strongly recommend him for any
