Introduction

The purpose of this report is to present the future plans and policies to avoid
discriminaton in the company. This is proposed in order that the work enviroment
can be peaceful and respectful and the company achieves its major goal.
Main Body
Being equal:
Men and women will be treated equal. They will have the same opportunities at
work as well as there wont be differences in salaries if they have the same job
because of the gender.
Schedules and permissions for days off:
The days off will be given by the time the employees have been working in the
company; if the employee has already taken his day off, he will have to work on the
weekend until he finishes his work. The permisions and days off can be used in
what the employee needs them. There wont be prohibitions.
Activites for integration:
Once a month, the cofounders helped by a comission of employees, will organize a
networking activity in order to meet and get to know all the persons working in the
company so they can help each other improve their work.
Conclusion
To sum up, the intention of the company of implementing these policies is to have a
friendly and non-discriminative enviroment so the enterprise can achieve success
and focus on more goals for the future.
