Final Reflection
UWRT 1102 has helped mold me into not only a better writer but also has helped me in
many working habits, the one that will impact my life the most is soft skills and teamwork.
Having soft skills means that an individual has the ability to talk and work with other people
effectively without offending them. The ability to work with a team will work hand and hand
with having soft skills. Team work will move with me throughout my professional career as no
matter where I go I will have to work with a group of my pears
