Introduction
The nomination tool of Politecnico di Milano consists in
confirming your students applications.
Therefore your students will have to regularly apply on-line before
you nominate them.
Nomination may be done during the opening windows for student
applications.
You will need to register onto our system.
Choose language EN/IT (select flag) before entering.
The first time you enter the Nomination Tool, the access code,
unique for each partner, is requested.
This code has been sent to all exchange partner universities of
Politecnico di Milano.

You also have the possibility to cancel in case of withdrawal.

Please note that its not possible to exceed the agreed number of students.

Acceptation of nominated students

Accepted exchange students will receive a confirmation

message and to those applying for visa an acceptance
letter will be sent.
Please note that accepted exchange students can
expect to receive their confirmation message within the
weeks following the application on-line period.
