Week #12
I really enjoyed the last session. I enjoy working on the bed as I really feel that
I am letting my body rest. We focused on releasing tension on my lower body, hips
and knees. I was impressed how lighter my legs felt after releasing unnecessary
muscle tension.
The past week I continued focusing on breathing while practicing the active
rest. As it is the end of the semester and the workload gets intense, I find the active
rest really comforting, stress free and revitalizing.
