May 2, 2016 To Whom It May Concern: My wife, Michelle, and | have known Javan Chapman since he was six years old. In all of this time, we’ve never known Javan to ever do or say anything that would be considered disrespectful or inappropriate. Javan has always been a very polite and honorable young man. Since Javan was a small boy to now, he has always approached me to ask if | needed any help when I do my yard work. Javan is also a very thoughtful young man and has been brought up well by his parents, Rick and Kim Chapman. My wife and | consider Javan, not just a close friend but, a family member. Javan is also somewhat of an “older brother” figure to our young son, Lorenzo. My wife and | feel that Javan is a good example to Lorenzo because Javan is a grounded young man religiously, academically, and socially. We are proud of Javan for this milestone achievement—high school graduation. We are confident that Javan will excel in anything he sets his mind to.
