Rigorous, methodical with exceptional attention to detail.

Logical thinker, able to interpret data & insight to create a story

Self-motivated, able to take the initiative & make proactive recommendations

Strong interpersonal skills, both with internal & external people and able to manage &
prioritise several workstreams at once.

Strong Excel & Powerpoint skills

Good analytical & numeracy skills, able to interpret data / research, add insight and
relevance to data

Must be fluent in English written and spoken

Nice to have:

Experienced FMCG or related research/data management.

Knowledge of market data (i.e. IRI, Account Specific EPOS, Panel Data) and its
application.

Understanding of Category Management tools & systems (i.e. Space planning, EPOS
Software systems) preferred.

Experience of applying Category Management techniques either through personal


involvement or through working with others.

Competitor awareness & consumer understanding.

Understanding of Category Management principles to deliver results

Experience of working cross functionally and with several stakeholders to achieve


objectives.
