CRITICAL COMMANDS
You can see a complete command reference at any time during the game by pressing Shift+F10 for the kneeboard
and then clicking the Keys icon. It would be silly to reproduce that here, but some commands are so useful they bear
pointing out. This is in addition to our biggest tip of using your scroll wheel on your mouse for almost any knob in
the aircraft.
Take the time to put your favorite commands on your control yoke, too.

Shows or hides the menus

Goes to next view in virtual (3D) cockpit

Shift+A

Goes to previous view in virtual (3D) cockpit

Hat switch

Pans your view in virtual (3D) cockpit

Ctrl+spacebar

Recenters your view (this is great to assign to your joystick to quickly look ahead after panning
around)

Shift+F10

Shows the kneeboard

F9

Switches to 3D cockpit

F10

Switches to 2D cockpit

Cycles through 2D cockpit views (and hides the aircraft panel)

Syncs altimeter to current altimeter setting

Syncs heading indicator with compass

Ctrl+Z

Holds altitude (with autopilot)

Ctrl+H

Holds heading (with autopilot)

Disconnects autopilot

Shift+Z

Cycles through flight information and frame rate

Shows/hides the ATC window

Zooms view in

Zooms view out

F2

Decreases throttle but can be used for beta (reverse) props and feathering props

Enters slew mode (see Appendix B for more slew commands)

Ctrl+F

Requests fuel truck (OK, this is not really important, but its fun)
