To Whom It May Concern,

I had the opportunity to coach Kaylee Jurado for several
years in the Fairfield-Suisun Soccer League. Quickly I recognized
Kaylee's leadership skills and made her one of two captain's on
the team. Kaylee's positive personality paired with her strong
work ethic made her as asset to her team as well as her Coaches.
She was given many responsibilities such as; leading team warm
ups, communicating messages via phone and email to the rest of
the team, and planning team partied and bonding activities.
Kaylee's reliable nature made it easy to trust her with any task
she was assigned. She had perfect attendance at practice and
games, and also served as a mentor to her peers. Kaylee would
be an asset for any job she should seek, and any employer would
be lucky to have her with all that she has to offer. I see Kaylee in a
position of leadership in her future, as she works well as part of a
team or when leading a team.

Sincerely,
Michael O'Connell
Cosmos Head Coach
