a m g oing to a Sensory

Friendly Concert!

The Sensory Friendly Concert is at

Orchestra Hall in downtown

Minneapolis.

The concert will be in the Target
Atrium. It is by the lobby on the main
floor of the building.

There are two entrances to the

building. They both lead to the main
lobby.

During the concert, I will sit in

my chair or on the floor. I can get
up if my body needs to move. If I
like loud noises, I can sit in front
close to the musicians. If I like quiet
noises, I can sit in the back, or ask
for headphones.

The Sensory Friendly Concert will

feature the violinist Helen Chang

Haertzen. She has played in the

Minnesota Orchestra since 2003!

When I find the Target Atrium, an

usher will give me a program guide for
the concert. It will tell me information
about the musicians and instruments.

If I need to use the bathroom, there is

one on the lower floor. I can use the

stairs or take the elevator.

If I need help, I can ask for headphones, fidgets, scarves, or a ball to sit
on. If I cant keep my body safe, I can get up and take a walk, or find a
quiet room to sit in.
