QHSE Guidelines for Visitors at PPL Head Office & West Wharf
QHSE guidelines for visitors are developed for facilitating visitors during their visit to
PPL Head Office and its Extension at West Wharf to make them aware of potential
Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental aspects. It is expected that the visitors will
follow guidelines provided below for their own benefit in order to have pleasant visit to
PPL Offices.
1. Compliance with QHSE Policy:
Visitors are required to comply with relevant QHSE Policy, procedures and requirements
displayed at prominent locations within the premises e.g. use of PPEs, smoking in
designated areas etc.
2. In Case of Emergency Visitor Should:
Follow the emergency exit signs and instructions of PPL Representative accompanying
them to ensure their own safety and evacuation to assembly area after hearing alarm.
Please do not use elevators in case of emergency. Visitors are encouraged not to take
part in rescue and emergency handling activities.
