Our Academy
At Weldon STEM High School Career
Academies, we engage students by
using problem base learning as a lens
through which everyday problems are
analyzed, approached and solved.
Students learn how to think as professionals and rediscover the wonder and
enjoy of learning.
Our initiation year will be the 2016
-2017 school year. Through an
application and interview process,
we will select only 20 students for
each academy. These students will
transition through the program as a
cohort which will provide them with
opportunities to collaborate with
students who are enrolled in the same
academy classes they are taking.
