The definition of good writing is very relative based on whom you

ask. Most writing is used to convey a message or desire to an
audience. Writing holds different purposes but its common purpose is
to make meaning. All good writing should have a few common
characteristics: a clear point, free of grammar and spelling errors, use
the correct language for the audience, capture the readers attention,
and have a good flow and structure. Good writing should span
throughout time and hold up to the current day standards.
