To Whom It May Concern:

I am delighted to write on behalf a Michael Culp. I have known Michael and his
family for over twenty years. Through the years Michael has been a strong tower
and delight to get to know and work with. Michael is a ray of sunshine and
encouragement for those around him. He tries to bring out the best qualities in
others as he demonstrates his confidence, leadership and strong communication
skills.
I worked with Michael in our church youth ministry for several years. This gave me a
closer insight of Michael. He loves working with youth and children. He takes pride
in taking care of his son and he always came prepared to presented well planned
subject content for our young people. He is eager to assist wherever needed and
other ministries in our church enjoy working with him as well. His attention to
details is notable and he is always willing to go and beyond what is asked or
expected. I truly enjoyed working with Michael; I am no longer a part of the team
directly.
Michel is always neat in appearance (casual and formal attire). He radiates a
polished look and smile.
Michael is dependable, reliable and resourceful. He is a planner and a presenter. He
always used a variety of learning modes for our youth and they always look forward
to his lessons and our outings in the greater Cleveland area. Michael served as our
driver, counselor during various outings and out camping experiences.

It is a pleasure to boast about Michael Culp. I am honored to give a few highlights of

his character traits and personality. He is a pleasure to work with and I find him to
be adaptable and diverse. He embraces diversity.
