Research Topic and Question
For my research project I want to look into the effects of displaced children
that have come from broken homes. I want to see what all aspects of their lives are
effected, especially those that effect performance in the classroom. My husband
and I will soon be moving to work at a Christian Youth Home that serves these types
of kids. I hope to gain a better understanding of what they might be going through
and what I can do as their future teacher to help them become successful as well.
That being said I feel that my research question would be How does being a
displaced child coming from a broken home affect future obstacles and challenges
in life and in the classroom in todays society?
