When it opens, Taskbar Control does not hide your taskbar immediately. You right
click on the program's icon at the system tray to open the Settings menu and ch
ange the keyboard shortcut at will (the default is Ctrl+Alt+i). Then use this sh
ortcut to hide or unhide the taskbar.
The first time it runs, the program will pop up a Splash screen, because the ini
file is not yet created. After that it will open silently, without splash scree
ns or anything.
