How to apply to

Erasmus+ ?

Step 1
Select the program from the list on the site of educational
programs
Carefully read the description of the program (which
disciplines are taught and which mobility schemes are
offered)
Special attention should be paid to the program content
and requirements for applicant, including requirements for
education received and knowledge of foreign languages.

Step 2
Carefully examine the conditions of competitions and
deadlines for submitting the application documents for
the contest.
Make sure that your higher education bachelor or
specialist makes you eligible to apply.
If it is necessary, you can contact the contact person in
program. Specify the details that you do not
understand.

Step 3
Check the requirements for filing applications on the site of chosen

program:
Admission requirements for participation in competitions
Diploma, knowledge, experience
Knowledge of language
Motivation letter
Letters of recommendation
Other documents
Deadlines

Step 4
Find on the site of the chosen program a link to
the application form.
Carefully fill in; scan other necessary documents
that they can be send by e-mail.
Send documents till the deadline for the contest.

Step 5
After some time you will get an e-mail message
whether your application is selected for further
competition or not.
The nextstep couldbe onlineinterviews with
Program Representativeof whatyou will be
notified.

Step 6
After receiving a letter of admission to the program, you
should contact the embassy of the country where is
located the host University (Co-ordinating institution).
It is recommended to follow the news on the site of the EU
Delegation to Ukraine to attend the session preparation to
mobility (Pre-Departure Orientation Meeting)
