What I have learned about my literacies and the writing process during this project is that
it is not a perfect process and that it is not going to be like everyone elses process; it is your own
unique process. I always felt that my papers had to be the epitome of perfect, but by doing this
project, it has made me realize that my paper does not have to be perfect. The peer and individual
revisions helped me with improving my essays because even things that I missed out on adding
in my essays or mistakes I made, my group members helped me to improve those certain things
that they pointed out. The snapshot I can say I improved the most on was my exploring discourse
communities snapshot. The first time I wrote about this topic, I was not really sure what it meant
or how to explain it so I just wrote off of the knowledge of the Google engine. The next day in
class, when it was explained more, I took out the whole snapshot, and rewrote it. I would further
revise my essay by maybe changing around my favorite writing experience snapshot. I feel like
in some parts of the snapshot is not as strong and grabbing as it needs to be. I would probably
change around some wording and rewrite some of the paragraphs that I felt were not up to par.
