Dear Sir,

We are herewith informing to your notice I ( K.Narayana Reddy) working as a Back to Back
Sub-Contractor Since from 8th Feb'2015 with G.D.C.L as R.C.P.LPower Project Railway
work.

To improve our Progress today onwards we are please to give following work ie Excavated
soil from barrow area and transport average 2 km to site as a sub-contractor Mr.--------------.
We are request you to supply Diesel for our sub-contractor, deduct the same amount for
quantity supplied diesel and to pay the amount as a Rs 55/- per Cum for compacted quantity
(ie approved G.D.C.L Bill Qty).
