May 10, 2016 To Whom It May Concern, As the choir director at Shepherd High School, it has been my privilege to know and work with Andrew Francis for the past three years. During his time in choir, Andrew has proven himself to be an extremely dedicated student and leader, Andrew has been one of those people who is not only willing to offer constructive critique, but is willing to put action to his words. He has been an outstanding role model for the younger men, and is an integral part of our success as a choir, He always comes to rehearsals prepared, and takes direction well. In addition to choir, it has been my pleasure to work with Andrew in several settings outside of the classroom. This past year he participated in our annual high school talent show and the larger Tri Valley Conference Talent Show. In both instances ‘Andrew proved himself to be a conscientious performer, and a congenial team member. Andrew has a likeable spirit and attitude, He has a quick wit, and has shown the ability to laugh at himself when things haven't always gone right in the classroom, or in performance. In my opinion, Andrew will be successful at whatever he puts his hand to. His “team first" attitude, and commitment to quality work, mark him as a young man who is headed in the right direction. His presence in the fine arts department will be missed. Sincerely ? (\ } |e Ll bre \) / Kyle W. Howard Director of Vocal Music Shepherd Public Schools Shepherd, MI
