Sub: Prayer for quarter allocation

Sir,
With due humble submission and respectfully I would like to state
the following few lines before your kind consideration and necessary
action please. That sir, I am working under the Arunachal Pradesh State
Medicinal Plant Board, Department of Environment of forest Chimpu as a
casual Computer Operator.
With reference to the above cited subject, I am in need for dwelling
premises. Currently I am residing near Rajiv Gandhi Polytechnic College,
Vivek Vihar, Itanagar in a rented house. It is very hard to accommodate
myself in the salary provided by the APSMPB. Above that, the distance that
I had to cover to reach the office is costing me with an extra expenditure.
Therefore, I highly request you to kindly permit me to occupy a
quarter. If any under your jurisdiction have been left vacant, which would
improve my economic and my regularity in office. I would be evergrateful
to you.
