Audrey Hepburn
Audrey Hepburn is known for numerous things. She is remembered as a beautiful,
inspiring woman. Audrey had a great inspirational impact on the American people with her work
in film, her fashion, and her dedication to UNICEF.
Audrey had a great start to her career with film in America between the years of 1951 and
1953. Hepburn produced her own American motion picture, her first public appearance on stage,
in One Wild Oat (Audrey Hepburn). She was discovered by a French novelist who demanded
that she star on Broadway. Her first movie was named Roman Holiday, and she earned an
Academy award for the role.
Hepburn was also inspiring in the world of fashion. According to Britannica School,
After she earned her Academy award as best actress, her tomboyish haircut and attire created a
fashion rage for Audrey (Audrey Hepburn). She enjoyed fashion and model roles in her films
in the movies and plays, such as Funny Face. According to Britannica School, Audrey Hepburn
was awarded the Jean Hersholt Humanitarian award after her death on January 20, 1993, in
Tolochenaz, Switzerland.
Audrey Hepburn loved working with children in need, so that became her new role when
she retired from the film industry. She began working as a goodwill ambassador for UNICEF,
United Nations Childrens Fund, in 1988. According to Comptons by Britannica, She devoted
herself to her humanitarian work, visiting famine-stricken villages in Latin America, Africa, and
Asia. (Audrey Hepburn). According to Britannica School, Around 1988, she was also named
one of the first public speakers to talk to children in different countries. (Hepburn, Audrey).
She devoted her time and energy to UNICEF until her passing, in 1993.
Her work with film, her inspiration with fashion and dedicated to her work with UNICEF
impacted America. Audrey Hepburn was dedicated to her jobs until the time that she had died.

Audrey was a great person all in one, she lived to inspire and was dedicated to all of the work
she volunteered for.
