Vision of an effective Educator

I see an effective educator as a professional person facilitating learning in a

professional manner. A safe and inviting classroom will be provided and maintained
making the students feel at home. Voice tone and reflection will be used to get and
keep attention. I will use as much new technology in my lessons as they help
students obtain real world knowledge and functionality in their learning. Student
progress will be assessed throughout the year and lags or holes will be addressed. I
will modify and adapt lessons and provide materials in multi formats to engage all
levels and learning types.
