Glass Ceiling

1. Yes, I feel the unfairness was based on my ethnicity AND age. I worked at a
pizza parlor, I started working before this older white man, around age 40,
and he got to be manager. I work harder than him, I do/know more tasks than
him also. The only he does is bust tables and suck up to the owner.
2. Yes, to this day. Im stereotyped as a thug because of my dreads and tattoos
and being an athlete gives me the stereotype of being dumber than average
student.
