To whom it may concern:
It is my pleasure to recommend Rachel Jacob for a teaching position in the
Amphitheater School District. Rachel worked as a teacher's aide/interpreter in a
special needs classroom at Wilson K-8 during the last two years that | have
known her.
Rachel possesses an exceptional ability to connect with her students. With a firm
but friendly demeanor, Rachel manages to keep control in the classroom and
present both simple and complex concepts to all levels of students. Under the
guidance of her classroom teacher, she has developed excellent evaluation skills,
and is beginning to understand how to tailor lessons to meet the needs of each
child as an individual. She is both organized and dependable. Her involvement as
a volunteer director/script writer/interpreter for the class play shows that she is
concerned about maintaining an excellent school experience for students,
teachers, and their parents.
Rachel is a well-liked staff member with an understanding of what it takes to
ive attitude translates into a classroom
motivate all students. Her po:
atmosphere of learning and respect. Her computer skills are top-notch, and the
students in her class seem to adore her.
Rachel will be an integral addition to any school in our district. | am pleased to
give my whole-hearted recommendation to such an inspiring professional!
Sincerely, _
