MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

This Memorandum of Agreement made and executed by and between:

WILLIE ESPEJO and MARIA MADELIN P. ALIMORONG, both of legal ages, Filipino
Citizens and residents of Laoag, Cabangan, Zambales and Poblacion, Bugallon, Pangasinan,
hereinafter referred to as the 1st Party.
-andSps. BALTAZAR / VERONICA GAMBOA, both of legal ages, Filipino citizens and residents
of Pugaro, Manaoag, Pangasinan, hereinafter referred to as the 2nd party ;

WITNESSETH : THAT

WHEREAS, that sometime August 8, 2015 the first party starts the operation with the full
consent and authority of the second party until the operation will fully accomplish;
WHEREAS, that both parties agreed that 60 percent will goes to the first party and the 40
percent will goes to the second party of all the items;
NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the above parties we hereby agreed that there
will be other terms and conditions in this memorandum of agreement.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto signed this 8th day of August , 2015 at
Manaoag, Pangasinan.
