Student and Family Survey Reflection

Over the past three years teaching for Minneapolis Public

Schools, I have surveyed both my students and their families. It is
always interesting to view the results because they help me gain a
better, more well-rounded perspective on my practice. The information
included in this portfolio reflects the growth I made over three years,
showing an increase in favorability among my students. I am pleased
to report that there are few unfavorable marks from the past three
classes and my parent survey also reflected positive sentiments. My
favorite part is the graph that demonstrates scores that are above
school and district averages.

As always, I feel like there is always room for improvement. I will

continue to use best practices in my teaching and always put students
first. No matter what the data says, I know I always give my students
my all.
